Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original cellophane packaging.

Please note: Fragrance samples are final sale and cannot be returned. International orders are non-returnable.

Sample Policy

We are happy to include brand-provided samples when available with every purchase. These samples are produced directly by the fragrance houses and contain full product information.

Hand-decanted or custom-made samples are prepared individually, require significant labor, and are offered at an additional charge.

Samples are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
