In 2016, Aurélien Guichard founded an organic farming estate (Ecocert), in his native region of Grasse. Thousands of rose bushes and tuberose bulbs are grown there, following family and regional know-how and on an exceptional terroir, listed as an intangible cultural heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
